Created to be a sanctuary for expectant, birthing, and new moms and families, Harmony offers a comfortable, nurturing environment in which to learn, practice, connect, share, give, and receive support.

Our only agenda is that women and families feel informed, connected, and honored in their unique choices and experiences along their journey.

Rather than piece together the only prenatal yoga class offered at a regular yoga studio with a childbirth preparation class at a community center or in a large disconnected class at a hospital, Harmony brings together all of the birthing family's resources into one space. Our intimate setting allows women and families to get unbiased information, have fun, and make meaningful connections while they take classes to prepare for birth, breastfeeding, and everything that comes with becoming a parent.

Blessed by close ties with the network of passionate birth professionals in the Bay Area, founders Kristin Milner Evans and Jennifer Penick "gave birth" to this long-needed center for the South Bay in February of 2005.

Our goal is to serve as a compass, by which you may find your path on this incredible journey -- supporting your strength and flexibility, wisdom and learning, balance through birth and life.

Call ahead to speak with an advisor who can welcome you, answer your questions, and help you navigate whichever stage of the journey you are in.

Connect with other moms and families through e-groups, yoga, classes, and parent groups at Harmony.

You may email info@harmonybirth.com with questions or registrations and you will get as prompt a response as by phone in most cases, and sometimes even sooner!

If phone is more covenient for you, you can reach us by phone at 408-370-3702 from 10am - 1pm and 4 - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday and we will return time-sensitive messages on Saturdays and Sundays whenever possible. If we do not answer, we may just be helping another client or in a class or meeting, so please leave a message so your call may be returned as soon as possible.

Outside of our Open Hours posted above, there is not always someone in the office at the center, and the phone rings through to an off-site office or director's cell phone. If you would like to come by to speak with someone, please call ahead to schedule. If you would like to pick up a product from the Herb Lore or Sweet Herb Medicinals cabinet, or drop off a registration or check, you may check the calendar, as the front door will be open anytime there is a class scheduled.

Harmony is proud to be a member of BABI, Bay Area Birth Information, a nonprofit resource and referral organization that hosts informative events, offers a comprehensive referral list for related and dedicated health care and support professionals, and organizes continuing professional education seminars for birth-related professionals in the Bay Area. Harmony is centrally located in Campbell, providing Prenatal Yoga, Mom's Yoga, Childbirth Classes, New Baby, New Family, and Toddler Classes easily accessible throughout the South Bay Area to San Jose, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Willow Glen, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Los Altos, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Morgan Hill, and Milpitas.
