| Jennifer Penick Inner Reflection, founder Belly Casting Whole Birth Prenatal Yoga New Mom's Yoga Couples Workshops Jennifer's intention is to help facilitate community among women and to provide women with the tools and resources to help them birth in awareness, as well as to help women cope with the physical changes that come with pregnancy. Jennifer is a certified Whole Birth Yoga teacher for both Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, as well as a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Jennifer has also completed training in Birthing From Within style childbirth preparation, Nursing Mother's Counsel, and is a DONA trained doula. She is a member of SBBC (South Bay Birth Circle), and has served on the Board of Directors of BABI (Bay Area Birth Information).
