To Register for A Class at Harmony

To register and pay online, click the link next to the appropriate date/option on the descriptive page for the class you desire. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, please do one of the following:
1. Please email the following information to info@harmonybirth.com:
- Class Name and Date
- Name(s) of Registrant(s)
- Estimated Due Date or Child's Name and Age When Class Begins
- Home Address
- Home and Daytime Phone Number (in case there is a need for last minute contact on the day of the scheduled class)
- Email Address(es)
- How did you hear about Harmony/this class?
- Indicate whether you prefer to mail or drop off a check to reserve your place in the class. If you have any questions, give us a call at 408-370-3702.
Checks should be made payable to HARMONY and should be mailed or dropped off to:

If you will drop off a check, please put it in an envelope, so that if we are not there (doors are open when classes are in session), you may drop it through the mail slot in the door.
2. Or, if you prefer, you may call 408-370-3702 between the hours of 10am - 1pm or 4 - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday, to register by phone and/or make your payment arrangements. If we do not answer, we may be on another line, helping another client, or in a class, so please leave a message so your call may be returned.

Refund/ Cancelation Policy:
Our policies are based out of our commitment to small class sizes, for the high quality, personalized class experience that distinguishes Harmony from other providers who are willing to "pack'em in" and reduce individualized attention in order to offer lower prices or increase profit margin.
Last minute cancelations or no-shows leave empty spots other families could have enjoyed, or class fees insufficient for the business and instructor to maintain. In order to ensure the highest quality instructors and offerings, we must respect and value our time and yours.
- Prenatal Classes:
A refund or transfer can be made only if completed at least two weeks prior to the start date of the class in which you are enrolled.
- Baby/Family Classes:
A refund or transfer can be made only if completed at least one week prior to the start date of the class in which you are enrolled.
- Exceptions:
If we have a waiting list and are able to immediately fill your spot with another family, we will be glad to refund your payment.
We will always refund in the case of pregnancy loss. We ask to be notified as soon as someone is reasonably able, again, so we might accommodate other families if possible.
- Series/Session Classes:
We are sorry, but we cannot pro-rate the cost of a series if you must miss one or more classes within the session, unless stated otherwise on the specific class page. This is, again, due to ensuring small class sizes and because the costs involved in running a series remain the same regardless of the number of families attending week to week.
- How can I know when I'll give birth??
We understand the uncertainty makes planning a challenge!
Since 37-42 weeks is NORMAL full-term gestation, we recommend making your class choices carefully and in advance. We do not recommend planning any non-refundable classes for after 37-38 weeks of gestation.
Even though MOST first-time moms carry to 41 weeks (on average), no one can predict who will begin labor when, so getting all of your classes done by 36-37 weeks at the latest means you can focus on relaxation, practicing what you've learned, and letting yoga, massage, and your other skills help your body and mind to be ready.
If you must plan for a late-term class, just be aware that you may lose your payment if you should begin labor sooner, and we are unable to fill your spot.
- Make sure to mark your calendars as soon as you enroll! If you miss your class, we may not have another opening before your due date, so you may miss valuable information, in addition to losing the payment.
Privacy Policy:
Harmony uses your registration and contact information only to process your registration and to contact you regarding classes for which you have enrolled, or otherwise no more than once a month to keep you informed of offerings in which you might be interested, or coupons/discounts. We do not sell or share any of your information to any other person or entity for any reason!
