Mama PilatesDrop-In Rejuvenate and tone your post-baby body through exercises that safely restore and improve core and pelvic floor strength, postural alignment, flexibility, and balance. This Pilates mat class is geared for moms at any stage, and will be adjusted for each woman's level to be appropriately challenging for her own needs and goals. While bonding with child(ren) and family are of crucial importance, so is a little bit of personal time for moms to care for themselves and rejuvenate, so this class is for moms only. Take this time for yourself, and meet and connect with other moms! All Levels Welcome. New moms should wait at least 4-6 weeks post delivery before starting any exercise class.
Registration is not necessary for drop-in classes. Please feel free to come to the above day/time any week (check website first for holidays or other cancellations). The first time you attend exercise class at Harmony, please allow a few minutes before the class start time to complete an intake form. |
