Story Time Yoga Play
for ages 18 mo - 3 yrs with parent(s)
Flexible Family-Friendly Format Allows for Absences!
With yoga as the foundation, this playful and fun class is filled with animal yoga poses, songs, stories, games, and bonding time for the caregiver and yogini. The activities promote awareness of self and others, motor coordination, energy release, strength building, and stimulates their natural curiosity, all while having fun and bonding with their parents.

Age and developmentally appropriate props present sensory integration and add to the yoga fun. Come stretch, relax, play, and connect with other parents and children!

Series cost covers 3 weeks of 4-week session or 2 of 3-week session, allowing families to commit to the series but not lose money if they must miss one class. Families who can attend every week without missing, just pay drop-in for the last class -- simple!

* If series minimum registration is already met, first-timers are welcome to try it out at any time during the series. If you do not feel it is a good fit for you, you can pay the drop-in rate for that day only, but otherwise can pay for the series.
